Competence
We introduce different directions of study and a broad horizon of
experience into our work. Thus we are able to successfully connect
issues on economic and innovation policy with other subsystems and
subject areas.
With our participation in international projects and conferences, the
knowledge exchange in international communities as well as with our
publications, we provide for continuous further development and
interlinking of our knowledge base.
We connect three central competences to achieve special solutions:
-
Topical overview knowledge with focus on RTDI policy (research,
technological development, innovation), in connection with other fields
of knowledge, in particular human resources (junior staff development,
qualification, personnel development).
- Evidence-based, analytical work, i.e. good method know-how, model
formation and development of indicators, interpretation and analysis of
figures, data, facts.
- Process and organisational understanding in the fulfilment of the
present assignment (design and securing of project architectures and
accompanying processes) as well as in the clear analysis and
consideration of relevant factors for independent continued working.
Our working methods attach particular importance to a supportive,
clearly structured documentation of projects. These reports
substantially facilitate independent continued working and provide for
the new knowledge and project results being kept comprehensible and in
use.
