Code of Conduct
convelop stands for "conjoint development". We take this very seriously. Within our team as well as with our customers.
Our activity revolves around the development of long-term and sustained solutions. In that, we attach high importance to the perspectives, experience and competence of all those involved. The critical appreciation of the performances enables us to recognise and integrate all essential aspects.
We are interested in people and innovations. And we respect differing opinions. We do that in a dialogue, listening actively and considering the subjects from different perspectives. This is important to be able to render the necessary "translation" for complex tasks. In that, we always proceed with caution and carefully coordinate the working steps with our clients. For us, trust and discretion are a matter of course.
We are reliable and meet our deadlines. The developments determine the timeframe for the process. We trust in our customers' potential. Existing potentials become optimally utiliseable through our process-and ressource-oriented approach. Learning becomes possible by reflecting on experience and releasing impulses.
We are inquisitive. We like to scratch below the surface. We don't like pure cosmetics. With scientific instruments and just the same meticulousness we search for the fundamental and underlying causes.
Our continuous further education, independent development work and the cooperation in European research networks provide for a continuous renewal up with the latest trends. We provide specialised input. Our good overview knowledge guarantees an adequate selection.
We want to extend competence and increase freedom of action.
In short: we are creative in finding ideas and pragmatic in their implementation.
Enjoyment of co-operation, together with good humour, are important motivators for us.
The humanistic concept of man has had a major influence on us. And we are aware of the social responsibility in regards to that. This is why we are committed to the ethics contract of the collective agreement for research organisations (german), which, incidentally, was decisively co-developed by the founder of convelop.
As for the good old handshake: We love it, but furthermore, we also keep to written agreements, such as the general terms and conditions for business consultancies (german).
