The convelop principle
The convelop principle is simple and flexible. It guides us in all our activities and is based on five good questions. The answers to these questions clarify for us and our clients in which way to proceed:
We have developed a toolkit to find good answers to the questions and to productively solve projects and tasks. The toolkit contains a variety of instruments and methods that fit to diverse tasks and contexts.
People are always in the center of our deliberations, as they are ultimately decisive for success. This is why we pay particular attention to communication, to balance the factual and the personal levels.
For interdisciplinary research teams, we have further developed the toolkit to „IRIS – Integrated Research, Innovative Solutions“.
