Renate Handler has been working with convelop since 2013. She enriches the team with her interest in inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. Her focus is on diversity, regional economic and innovation systems, evaluation and strategy development.

Renate Handler studied Geography and Biology at the University of Graz and completed the postgradual course for international social research at soQua in Vienna. She worked as researcher at the Interuniversity Research Center for Technology, Work and Culture in Graz before she joined convelop. She is also a lecturer at the University of Graz at the Institute of System Sciences, Innovation and Sustainability Research.
