Kristina Kreimer studied sociology and Romance philology at the University of Graz, where she also worked as a research assistant and as a teaching intern. She has now been working for convelop since February 2021. Her tasks include research activities, data collection and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), and report writing. In terms of content, she is engaged with the topics of diversity, status hierarchies and social positions in organizations, as well as with questions of labor market policy.
